Food plays an essential role to in keeping you and your organs alive healthily. Proper and health food intake can provide you necessary nutrients and proteins vital for you. Good food intake can also help you to have healthy hair growth and longevity.

This is why I a have list of food that can help you to keep a good hair and initiates health hair growth. Try this nutritious food and notice the change in the texture and hair growth.

1) Salmon

Doctors believe that Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that are important for healthy body functioning and are also anti-inflammatory. The fish is said to keep an individual free from diseases and makes hi/her fit and healthy. According to health experts, Salmon can be beneficial to both female and male and prevents them from male-pattern balding. Salmon is said to prevent hair shedding.

2) Nuts

Health experts believe that Pistachios can help people in combating male-pattern baldness, Walnut Oil provides essential elastin necessary for your hairs and cashews provides biotin that can be beneficial to hair and overall health. Nuts provide some of the best proteins and vitamins that help people to function effectively and efficiently. Zinc present in nuts is said to be beneficial for hair to make strong and smooth.
