Food plays an essential role to in keeping you and your organs alive healthily. Proper and health food intake can provide you necessary nutrients and proteins vital for you. Good food intake can also help you to have healthy hair growth and longevity.

This is why I a have list of food that can help you to keep a good hair and initiates health hair growth. Try this nutritious food and notice the change in the texture and hair growth.

1) Salmon

Doctors believe that Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that are important for healthy body functioning and are also anti-inflammatory. The fish is said to keep an individual free from diseases and makes hi/her fit and healthy. According to health experts, Salmon can be beneficial to both female and male and prevents them from male-pattern balding. Salmon is said to prevent hair shedding.

2) Nuts

Health experts believe that Pistachios can help people in combating male-pattern baldness, Walnut Oil provides essential elastin necessary for your hairs and cashews provides biotin that can be beneficial to hair and overall health. Nuts provide some of the best proteins and vitamins that help people to function effectively and efficiently. Zinc present in nuts is said to be beneficial for hair to make strong and smooth.

3) Vitamin C

Consider eating citrus fruits that are said to be rich in Vitamin C. It is essential that you consume fruits that have vitamin C as this vitamin is responsible for healthy skin and hair health. Vitamin C are good for collagen that is said to make your skin, hair and nails good, hydrated and strong. A good collagen level can make your hair shafts strong. Consider eating tangerine, mandarin, orange, lemon and many other citrus fruits.

4) Indian Gooseberry

Amla or Indian Gooseberry holds a great respect in Ayurveda and is considered as one of the nutritious fruits. Indian Gooseberry is said to be high in antioxidants that are said to improve hair and overall hair health. Health experts believe that Amla or Indian Gooseberry is being used since ancient times and has good Ayurveda history. 5) Eggs

Eggs are my favorite due to its nutritious value and its richness in vitamins, helping you in healthy body functioning. Eggs are rich in Biotin that is essential for hair health, stimulating hair growth and strengthens accordingly. Not only eggs but biotin can be found in avocado, salmon and nuts that can help in healthy hair growth. Eat eggs or apply on hair, both can be beneficial to your hair.

6) Dairy Products

Dairy products are rich in Calcium that can help you in keeping your hair and bones stronger. Calcium is responsible for the healthy growth of hairs and using dairy product can be beneficial to you. If you apply any dairy product like yogurt on your scalp, then it can eliminate and prevent dandruff. Try using yogurt for hair health, as it can reduce scalp itchiness and can give good, shiny hairs.
